National Saltwater Angler Registry

A new federal law requires most saltwater fishermen to sign up with the National
Saltwater Angler Registry. Registering is quick, easy, and FREE in 2010.

In a few select states, owners and operators of commercial charter boats, head boats and guide boats are required to register passenger vessels with NOAA. Not sure if you need to register, find out here.
